Truck Paintings
Abstract interrelations explored within a nominal realism; trucks, signage and architecture are graphic metaphors used for comparative study. Colored rectangles float and push pull the plasticity of the pictorial plane. The specific color in each is based on my exploration of the writings and teachings of Hans Hofmann and Josef Albers.
In addition, nature inserts itself, commencing a dialog regarding man's propensity for graphic regularization against nature's perceived chaos.
